Multi-award-winning screenwriter &#038; director Shigemichi Sugita and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex episode screenwriter Yoshiki Sakurai collaboratively composed the film&#8217;s screenplay. Ghost in the Shell &#038; Sky Crawlers animation director Nishikubo Mizuho is directing the picture, which will be reportedly be entirely hand-drawn.
