The film will be shot by 3 Arts Entertainment, the studio also producing the Tom Cruise-starring adaptation of Hiroshi Sakurazaka sci-fi war novel <\/i>All You Need is Kill<\/i>. Warner Bros will produce &#038; distribute the Yukikaze movie. Anime production studio Gonzo adapted the Yukikaze novel into a five-episode 2002-2005 OVA series.
