The adaptation of Tatsuhiko Hikagi&#8217;s fantasy manga revolves around a young girl cursed with &#8220;uncuttable&#8221; hair who comes to be protected by a young man who possesses the world&#8217;s only pair of mystical scissors capable of cutting her hair.
