While talking to the New York Post, Yeoh said, &#8220;I&#8217;m not going to do The Matrix. I&#8217;m a great fan of the Wachowski brothers but some things are more important.&#8221; Those important things include projects she&#8217;s is developing through her own production company. Yeoh said, &#8220;The filming of [The Matrix] conflicted with my movie. I believe it is time to do other things, stories coming from Asia.
