The adaptation of Nobuhiro Watsuki&#8217;s popular samurai action manga is Otomo&#8217;s first screenplay and first feature film. The movie will hit Japanese theaters on August 25.<\/p>\n<p><i>The budget looks solid, and the visual design is commendable, but the shot composition and cinematography seem really bad. Part of this trailer suggests that the film wants to be a serious jidaigeki, but part of the trailer is shot like a terrible straight-to-video comic book movie.
