Project:13 is American record producer Greg Penny&#8217;s effort to create a trilogy of five-minute original anime music videos animated by Tokyo-based Studio 4&deg;C. The project has reportedly received &#8220;commitments from outside parties that will help&#8230; with a portion of the production resources,&#8221; and is planning to relaunch a second funding campaign &#8220;with a more doable goal&#8221; in the near future.<\/p>\n<p><i>As a vocal and aggressive supporter of the anime industry, I&#8217;m disheartened to see that only 76 people besides me volunteered to contribute any money at all to the production of an original Studio 4&deg;C anime.
