Honobu Yonezawa, the author of the Hyouka light novels that the manga is based on, provided the story for the exclusive anime episode. Yasuhiro Takemoto, director of Kyoto Animation&#8217;s upcoming <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kotenbu.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hyouka television series<\/a>, will write and direct the OAD. The limited edition version of the manga with Blu-ray will be limited to the number of pre-orders received before September 29. The book and disc will be released next January.
