Yeoh has apparently been offered the role originally intended for Jet Li. Universal offered Li $3 million to appear in the two films, which would&#8217;ve been a sizable pay-cut for the Lethal Weapon 4 star, who is commanding a 9.5 million dollar salary for his next action film, The One.
