Devander<\/a> OVA.  Hiroshi Sasagawa (Yatterman, Time Bokan) and mecha designer Kunio Okawara (Gundam, Votoms) are creating this &#8220;gag mecha battle&#8221; anime with a script from 2008 Yatterman TV series writer Junki Takegami.
