Shinei Animation (Haré+Guu) is developing a TV anime adaptation<\/a> of Hiroshi Ishizaki’s Kuromajo-san ga Toru!!<\/a> (The Black Witch Arrives) series of children’s novels. The 15 volume book series premiered in 1980 and has sold over 2.6 million copies. Seven-minute episodes about a fifth-grade schoolgirl training to become a witch will air within the Dai! Tensai TV-kun program on the NHK network’s educational E-Tele channel beginning April 4.<\/p>\n
