Chief instructor, Otsuka Yasuo, has worked as animation supervisor on Hayao Miyazaki&#8217;s Future Boy Conan and Lupin the 3rd: Castle of Cagliostro. Tokyo Movie, Telecom Animation Film (Tokyo Movie&#8217;s affiliated studio known for the &#8220;Batman&#8221; series) and Japanese software developer Celsis will be sponsoring the school. A PC running Windows is required, with tablet and the software application Pencilman, which was designed for the course. It&#8217;s currently unknown if the course, which starts in February, will be taught in English.
