Taco Bell will offer collector &#8220;cels,&#8221; see-through cards that offer a &#8220;freeze-frame&#8221; look at scenes from the movie. total of 48 different framed cels will be offered, with the cels offered three, in addition to a movie strip decorated with movie characters, designed for stacking and collecting the cels. A package of three cels will come with a kids meal, or a package may be purchased separately for 99 cents.
