The series will be an original adaptation of Masamune Shirow&#8217;s Appleseed manga, unrelated to the previous two CG movies. Takayuki Hamana (Toshokan Senso, Kemono no Souja Erin) will direct with Jun&#8217;ichi Fujisaku (Kemono no Souja Erin, RD Senno Chousashitsu) co-screenwriting, Takayuki Goto (Kemono no Souja Erin, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig) providing character design, and Atsushi Takeuchi (Appleseed movie) providing mecha design. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jinnis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jinni&#8217;s Animation Studio<\/a> (Blame!
