I couldn&#8217;t locate it on your site, but I&#8217;m hoping for an explanation.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Answer:<\/strong><br \/>\nBlue Seed 2 was a 3 episode OAV series released in a 2 then 1 format.  Two episodes were released, then a third came a few months later.  The first 2 Blue Seed OAVs were titled Operation Mitama Phase and continued the TV series storyline, introducing the new elfin character Valencia.  The third OAV was a stand-alone adventure story heavily influenced by the American movie Speed.  Instead of a moving bus, in the third Blue Seed 2 OAV, a terrorist rigged a hot spring to explode if the water level changed due to any of the girls entering or leaving the water.<\/p>\n<p>AD Vision currently has the official option to license these OAVs for the American market, but apparently has not yet exercised that option.  All three episodes of Blue Seed 2 have been released on a single region 2 DVD in Japan that retails for 5000 yen.
