The adaptation of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.satoru-h.com\/hotaru\/\" target=\"_blank\">Satoru Hiura&#8217;s manga<\/a> tells the story of an office-lady uninterested in romance who ends up living with her boss while developing a romantic relationship with one of her younger co-workers. Ayase played series&#8217; protagonist Hotaru.
