Both companies will be merged into Shogakukan and Shueisha&#8217;s existing subsidiary distributor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vizeurope.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Viz Media Europe<\/a>, which is based in Paris. Viz Media Europe president John Easum will continue to oversee the company.
