Ichise &amp; Shimizu developed the concept of a haunted song that drives its listeners to suicide. Chris Philpott developed the concept into a script. Ichise&#8217;s Ozla Pictures and Phoenix Pictures will co-produce the Hollywood film, which Shimizu will direct.
