A maximum of 166 membership invitations are given each year. Last year only 105 people were invited. This year, Oscar winning Japanese independent animator <a href=\"http:\/\/kiteretsu.robot.co.jp\/kunio\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kunio Kato<\/a> (House of Small Cubes) has received an invitation.
