Takahiro Baba, EOCS board member and president of the game development studio Visual Arts, has stated that the TBS news report was a total surprise to the EOCS.<\/p>\n<p>Hiroyuki Kanno, an EOCS board member and chairman of PC game studio Abel, published a blog entry confirming that the EOCS has a meeting scheduled for June 2 and will discuss possible new restrictions on game development. But the EOCS has not formally implemented a ban on rape-themed PC games.
