Anime! <a href=\"http:\/\/animeanime.jp\/news\/archives\/2009\/03\/post_687.html\" target=\"_blank\">reports<\/a> that Toei Animation has confirmed that next month&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toei-anim.co.jp\/tv\/dragon_kai\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dragon Ball Kai<\/a> television series will be a remastered, edited version of the 1989 Dragon Ball Z television series that more closely adheres to the content and pacing of creator Akira Toriyama&#8217;s original Dragon Ball manga.
