The Japanese doujinshi circle ElectromagneticWave<\/a>, based around illustrator POP, best known as the character designer for Moetan, has announced plans to release an independent anime production at this December’s Comic Market fan convention. Kowarekake no Orgol <\/a> (“Half-Broken Music Box”) will illustrate the story of a musician, unsuccessful after numerous auditions, who meets a mysterious girl that begins living with him.<\/p>\n
