{"id":13055,"date":"2008-07-07T12:43:04","date_gmt":"2008-07-07T16:43:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.animenation.net\/blog\/?p=13055"},"modified":"2008-07-07T12:43:04","modified_gmt":"2008-07-07T16:43:04","slug":"bandai-announcements-from-anime-expo-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.animenation.net\/blog\/bandai-announcements-from-anime-expo-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Bandai Announcements From Anime Expo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At this past weekend&#8217;s Anime Expo convention, Bandai Entertainment announced its acquisition of distribution rights to the 52 episode <a href=\"http:\/\/hayatenogotoku.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hayate the Combat Butler<\/a> (Hayate no Gotoku!) television series from 2007, and Ranmaru Kotone&#8217;s manga adaptation of the Girl Who Leapt through Time anime film.<\/p>\n<p>The 7th and final volume of the Freedom OVA series will not be released separately in America. Instead, the entire Freedom OVA series will be released domestically in a Blu-ray boxed set retailing at $139.98, followed by a standard DVD release as a double disc set and two individual discs.<\/p>\n<p>The Gunbuster compilation movies will debut on American Blu-ray disc on November 25th at $49.98 each or $99.98 as a set.<\/p>\n<p>The first season of the Mobile Suit Gundam OO television will begin American television broadcast on the Sci-Fi Channel&#8217;s Ani-Monday block in November.
