Avi Arad, producer on the Spider-Man, X-Men, and Fantastic Four film franchises; his son Ari Arad; and Steven Paul of Seaside Entertainment will produce.<\/p>\n<p>DreamWorks distributes the second Ghost in the Shell anime feature film, Innocence, in America.
