Fans of niche anime may recognize the film about everyday life in a future in which humanoid androids and robots are common as a feature length expansion of Yasuhiro Yoshiura’s 2002 short film “Aquatic Language<\/a>” (“Mizu no Kotoba”).<\/p>\n
