Akame ga KILL! Anime Announced

Square Enix has announced that writer Takahiro and illustrator Tetsuya Tashiro’s dark fantasy action manga Akame ga KILL! will receive an anime TV series adaptation. The manga revolves around a teen boy who joins a rebel assassination squad opposed to the evil governmental rule. Once he joins the team, he develops a sibling-style relationship with his female teammate Akame. The ongoing manga premiered in 2010
