New Kenichi Sonoda Project

Kenichi Sonoda, character designer behind the Bubble Gum Crisis OAVs, Gall Force, and Gunsmith Cats will again be focusing his work on female pro-wrestling. His latest production, tentatively titled “Wrestloid Baby” will be a futuristic story about a popular female robot wrestling game “FWFG-Female type Wrestloid Fighters Grand Prix.” Sonoda first animated female pro-wrestling in the 1980s with the OAV Wanna-Be’s.
