New Detail on New Godzilla Movie Revealed

The Japanese Nikkan Sports newspaper has revealed Toho’s plans for the next Godzilla film. In the new film, tentatively scheduled for release in December, Mechagodzilla will return for the first time since the 1993 Gojira vs Mechagojira movie. The new film will be directed by Gojira vs Megaguirus director Masaaki Tezuka.

The new film will be released in Japan as a double feature with the latest Tottoko Hamutaro movie directed by Osamu Dezaki, best known as the director of the Golgo 13 anime and the Blackjack movie.
