New Anime DVD Announcements

Synch-Point has announced that the first DVD volume of FLCL, originally scheduled for release in late April, has been delayed until June 25th. (The date of June 23rd given on the official Synch-Point press release is a typo.) The delay is mainly to allow for time to produce and add a subtitled audio commentary track from creator/director Kazuya Tsurumaki recorded specifically for the American DVD release.

AD Vision has announced that “Nadesico Complete Chronicles” will retail for $89.98 beginning on September 24th. This set will include the entire 6 disc Nadesico DVD set in a single wide keep-case for half the price of the individual discs.
