Metrocon Opens Online Contest Submissions

Tampa, Florida based Metrocon has opened its “Contest Upload System,” allowing participants of the convention’s music video, fan film, and “Anime Idol” competitions to manage and submit entries online. The Content Upload System is part of the Volunteer and Panel System found on the Metrocon homepage.

Metrocon will be held July 6-8, 2007 at the Tampa, Florida Convention Center. The official convention hotel, the neighboring Embassy Suites, is now sold out for the weekend, and convention VIP attendance tickets are sold out.
