Media Blasters Clarifies Tekkaman Acquisition

Media Blasters has clarified that it will release the first of three boxed sets of “Teknoman,” the edited and dubbed version of Tekkaman Blade that was broadcast on American television in 1995, on May 30th. The first DVD set will retail at $59.95 and will be titled “Tekkaman,” although it isn’t the 1975 Tekkaman anime series.

Later this year Media Blasters will release an uncut, subtitled, remastered version of the Tekkaman Blade television series, the source footage for “Teknoman.”
