FUNimation Announcements from Ohayocon

At this past weekend’s Ohayocon convention, FUNimation announced that its tentative new titles for the first half of 2006.

Negima DVD volume 1 will be released on June 13th.

Speed Grapher DVD volume 1 will be released in July.

Basilisk DVD volume 1 will be released in August.

Trinity Blood DVD volume 1 will be released in September.

The long delayed second DVD volume of Tenchi Muyo OVA series 3 will be released on September 12th. The DVD will contain episodes 4-6. A third DVD volume containing episode +1 (otherwise known as third series episode 7) and supplemental material will follow on November 7th.

FUNimation representatives also revealed that the FUNimation Channel is presently planned for satellite television broadcast only.
