Yeah, I can believe it. The thing was huge when it was just taped together on my board

The two commissioned works look fresh and lively. The frames are terrific.

(Hmmm . . . I've been going beyond the designated last post I wanted to put up to end my own thread in the Fan Art & Forum section. It just seems like the right time. Sheesh.)

I wonder how hard it would be to add a lace border to a mat.

Hmmmm....well, I know from experience that (depending on the lace, since some of it runs rather...uh...lacy for lack of a better word with nothing substantial to hold onto) you can hot glue it to just about anything...

But that can get messy fast. Which one were you thinking of putting the lace on? The first one?

I was thinking about using it on the outer edge of the top mat for the third one. It would go with the costumes and theme. I have a bunch of antique lace trim I could use.

Awesome!! Glad I no longer have to worry about it ...I'll tell ya international shipping is a very stressful thing -- no Delivery Confirmation means I'm worrying from the moment I leave the post office

I'm glad you like it, Holy Knight!!

Haha, it came in great shape so no mishandling appears to have happened. I wasn't worried at all.

Now I just need an appropriate place for worship. Good luck before tournaments and all that.

Due to some complaints on DA, I have decided that all artwork featured on DA will have the DA watermark attached to them only; my clunky "Shiroiyuki" watermark is apparently unnecessary and distracting ...and a turn-off.

*sigh* Damned if I do, damned if I don't...

I will still have the download capability turned off, so anyone trying to be sneaky and copy/paste the image will be doing so with the watermark present. But...I hope you guys understand that in order to preserve the integrity of my work AND present it in a flattering way, this has to be done. I don't want to turn others off from commissioning me and if they can't see the details, what is the point? No, I won't be sharing the work that you paid for with anyone else, other than for portfolio/showcase reasons. You will still have work unique to you (except in the case of Commission-to-Print, which is part of the package).

The DA watermark is faint but still visible enough to protect. Others have been using it for ages without problem.

Artwork I post here will still have MY watermark, but slightly more transparent in order to allow people to actually view the image. Hope you guys understand
