Giving away a Manga idea.......

I have a manga Idea I would love to sell if possible, or give away. I would write it myself but I am a novel writer, now a Mangaka. So if you're looking for a manga to write just ask. I have been told by some people it's a good idea, and I have basically the whole story in my head. It's action, romance, with major fantasy and slice of life aspects.

Isnt that doing a little to much not many people will get into that if to complicated

Not at all, the story its self follows action themes, but if the other genres arnt added it becomes just another action story. With the big three manga still going. (Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece.) you need to be creative to last. When i was thinking of this I didn't randomize anything, I thought it out completely.

Like I said i'm not a mangaka, I would love to write the manga myself but I like to describe to much. It just wouldn't work for me I think. I mean in my head I can come up with great stories, I have like 15 in my head..... Its just some are novel type and some are Manga/comic type. I write my novel types.

But Bleach Naruto One Piece there not really that much with romance and slice of life that is a little to much is those two

Yes, but there are touched of romance. It's just such a small amount that it's not counted. Mines the same, but a little more.

Do you need a writer? Or an artist? Or both??

Maybe you should post this at DA...there are writers on there, too. And artists (obviously), and if one of them are not interested, there's a whole network outside of DA that they have contact with.

I want someone who wants a story to take my story and make it there own....... I would feel bad to let this story die before it was written.

So basically you have an idea but you don't want to run with it, so you are trying to give it to someone else who will....sort of free-for-all style.

Do they have to credit you, or pay you royalties in the event (unlikely that is is) they publish said idea? Or are you just walking away completely?

It would be there's free and clear, I wouldn't trouble them with giving me anything for it as that would be rude. All im giving are the general ideas for the story, they must fill in the thread that attaches the parts. Or rewrite it completely if they want. While money would be nice I would be happy with just seeing the story brought to life.

Im not walking away, it's just im not a mangaka. I am a novelist. this story however is a manga type of story, like bleach, naruto, and the like there is more to it then a read should need to picture so seeing it as you read is far more rewarding then using your imagination of the whole thing.

Actually I have a second story to give away to, that is comedy/gag, action.

But like Shiroyuki said, maybe you should post something at DA. Maybe you'll get an offer for someone to work with you. At least, start there.
