So I've been showing the wife various things that she's somehow managed to miss. Currently working through Gundam X, which is one of my favourite Gundam series and I'm pondering what to go pick next out of these:

In that case I will give 00 a double thumbs down!
Turn A Gundam is pretty good stuff, doesn't really emphasis the mech's and action as much as other Gundam's though, which can be a plus or minus I guess. Xabungle is still incomplete, just for the record. AXSUS is still subbing away with it but we only get one episode every few months honestly, so it could still be awhile before the last episodes are finished. People like Zambot 3 but I hated it, ugliest show ever too. Main character has the most annoying voice I've ever heard, and people die everywhere. Boring stuff to me, even though I loved Ideon. Getter Robo Armageddon is great, but I watched that one having not seen New Getter Robo and was confused as heck, but it was still fun. But if you haven't seen New Getter Robo first that might be a better option. Tekkeman Blade is one of the best, really good stuff. For one not on the list, I find Gundam X to be pretty comparable to Eureka Seven. Out of that selection I'd say Turn A or Tekkeman Blade. |
