Van (Gun X Sword) was so obsessed with his revenge on Claw Man who killed his bride, that he set aside almost everything in his path to hunt Claw Man. You could see intense hatred in his eyes when he realized the Claw Man just departed from the cafe as he and Wendy arrived.

Misaki Kirihara (Darker Than Black) quit the city public service to join the Sector 2 who offered her the opportunity to search for Li-kun. Her obsession with Li-kun almost killed her, as a moth's obsession with fire burnt it. She is like a moth attracted to a bright flame. The moth gets killed touching the fire.

Nekki Basara. Again. xD He's absolutely obsessed with his music and gets very aggressive and angry when people don't "understand" the spirit of music. He's so obsessed I think he's probably asexual, too.
