Well, I'll give some reasons:

-a couple of the Suzaku seven members (Churiko, Mitsukake) do squat for most of the series and aren't well developed beyond their introductions.

-Miakas antics create much bigger problems that favour the villians sometimes.

Tbh, it's only got a ten because of it's ending. The early eps are a little 'meh' but otherwise a great series.

^Durarara is one of the best new series I've seen this year.

Be sure to watch Hourou Musuko. It's an utterly fascinating and well done show that handles genderbending issues with warmth and genuine seriousness instead of rampaging slapstick or fanservice as in past shows.

I thought it was pretty good. There's the usual chatting about trading and finance and money like in season one,

Actually I skipped 4 episodes of Endless eight.
