Right now the worst part is FFXI which is taking a major hit since many people are reporting there stuff stolen and characters in odd places with no gear so yeah this isn't good.

Hmm....

...kind of bad, but compared with recent events it's almost unnotable!

(is that bad? have I been desensitised? am I saying "Spain's earthquake is a lame follow-up to Japan's ones"? because that would be awful. But... it's just a website!)

I don't think I'd ever want to work for a company that let my CV get stolen by hackers.

I know hacking happens often...but seriously are all the hackers jumping on some sort of ******* bandwagon here to see how many video game relating hacks they can do now. Immature pieces of ****.

^I really find it amusing, I mean, if these companies are getting hacked by video game nerds...then they can be hacked easily by others. I'd rather video game companies get hacked until they get their security right, especially if I'm giving them CC info.

I don't like all these hacks. but so far I haven't been using any of these companies.. if live gets hacked I won't be very happy though, I guess only time will tell..

The pattern here is Sony and it's big name 3rd party developers are being hacked, so I think M$ is ok for now. I expect Konami, Capcom, or Namco (et al.) if this pattern follows.

Live might get hacked all the same, however.
