Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist "Prototype" manga will be published as a one-shot in June in the July issue of Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine. While the Fullmetal Alchemist manga ended last June in Shōnen Gangan, a side-story was drawn by Arakawa last September. The Fullmetal Alchemist one-shot is part of Monthly Shōnen Gangan's 20th anniversary celebration.

This should be interesting. I wonder what'll be about.

Hopefully it'll be about what happened to some of the other characters after the end of the series.

*edit* Oh, so it actually -is= a prototype, maybe like how Codename is Sailor V and Those Selfish Aliens were prototype for Sailor Moon and Urusei Yatsura. Still, I'd love to see this!
