Adding a "like" button
Similar to Facebook, I know the vBulletin software has a option for this...it would simple allow members to "like" or "dislike" a certain post. You can see an example here:
http://forums.tripwireinteractive.co...39&postcount=1 At the bottom right of the post there's a line of text that says "3 out of 3 members like this post. Like? Yes | No" And you click one. Hell, I bet there's an option for those who wouldn't want to see that to just disable it via their profile. Thoughts? |

Reputation and "Like" features have a knack of adding more tension and animosity than is needed on Animenation. Having just a "Like" option and no "Dislike" option might be feasible, but I really don't want a "negitive" voting option on posts.

I see your concerns regarding the overall "harmony" of the forum. But, yes, I could go for just a like button, I don't see any harm with that, really. I just think it would be a neat feature.

^ I was hoping for a "Loathe" button, myself. "Dislike" doesn't always cut it.
