I saw a first person mecha game for the 3DS in this months game informer.. Looks pretty cool

On another note I'm really loveing Devil Survivor: Overclocked.. Such a unique RPG and system.. Devil Survivor 2 for the DS will probably be my next game to play because this ones so damn good

I personally haven't played the game (online at least) since the bug became a thing and everyone would play that stage to rack up points, but I guess now that it's fixed I'll jump back into the fray and enjoy MK7 once again.

Seriously,

Anyone reading this.. NEVER buy Devil Survivor: Overclocked!!! I'm about 40hours into the game and really wanna finish it off but the final boss' are impossible unless you feel like grinding all day.. Each boss you fight on the final two days takes several hours of grinding and rearangeing your group to beat.. Then when you get to the next boss it takes a whole new tactic to beat him so you need to re-arange your group again and grind gold to purchase new monsters.. Its grind, grind, grind, grind, grind, grind, grind, grind, grind!!! Idk why the game went this direction when it was beyond easy for 95% of the game.

I'm lvl 62 right now and supposedly lvl 90+ is what I need to be to beat the boss.. And I've already spent a good 10+ hours just grinding battles over and over.. And to give anyone an idea on how hard the final boss is you have to defeat his first form, ALL the bosses in the game once again, and then his final form without having any saves or team re-arangements inbetween.. I made it up until the Beezlebub and that took me a hour of battleing alone.. The fight to complete will prolly take me 2hours and if I die I lose out on that time cuz theres no saves.


Ugh, time to go return this evil game to Game Stop for whatever I can get for it.. I'll just watch the multiple endings on youtube.. This **** is impossible.

I wish I would've taken your advice Ryushe.. Im the type of person who can't set a game down once I start it and this game has eaten away too many hours of my life grinding hopelessly.

Ima see if I can't get $20 for it on craigslist

^ I remember feeling real lukewarm when I first learned of the existence of this game and even when I watched gameplay, but as time passed and I read and learn more about it, I now have a feeling it's going to be kind of incredible.

Yeah I love the fact that you can hop out of and into games so easily.. And that all the dungeons are random, so replayability shouldn't be too much of a issue.. Also, I think its pretty sweet that they are going to have an online auction house.. And ontop of all that it genuinely looks fun.

But, I keep hearing people mention voice chat and being able to add friends without their codes and stuff.. How would this work? Can it even work? I didn't know that the 3DS even had online voice chat

I honestly really liked what I saw of that trailer from the link you posted. This looks to be the game that'll actually force me to carry my 3DS around outside of my home, especially if it has some neat streetpass features.

I just hope its good, because if it is this could be something very huge.

Yep, the first DSugly even had the ability to voice chat.

This might be the first game to my knowledge that uses it on the 3DS, however.

Yeah the trailer looks awsome.. Does a good job of showing the 4 classes and it looks like theirs going to be a lot of variety in gear and bosses.. I'm really excited to see how this one turns out.

Just an FYI, no one waste their time downloading the demo or even buying the 3DS version of Rayman: Origins. Aside from the 3D, which isn't all that great anyway, It's a pretty horrible port. Not only is it 30FPS instead of the 60 its locked at for every other version (which makes a difference once you've played the other versions), the audio and video is also compressed, to the point you notice it even if you haven't played the other versions. Just poor all around.

...with new content added to WayForward Technologies' Mighty Switch Force inching the 3DS eShop ever closer to iTunes territory.

That's the funniest thing I ever heard. The eShop will never be like iTunes. Nintendo isn't even trying to do that (i.e., because they have no intention to). Yes, it supports patches and DLC now, but it's still nothing like iTunes, nor will it ever be. Really, I think it was an unfair comparison on Kotaku's part, especially since, like the DSi Shop, the eShop's focus is on games, even though there just happens to be a few (or so) "apps" on both (e.g., the Mario and Animal Crossing calculator and clock apps). Just saying.
