earsofdoom never has anything good to say in the Video Game forum, don't even bother arguing.
From what i've seen the game dosen't look too bad, the people playing it just suck. Hopefully we'll get a demo to try out. |

However, it does not hurt to have a little change once in a while. At least, from what I can see, this is not the crappy CoD MW2 gameplay that only appeal to people with ADHD.

5 had it almost nail down. Improved link squad, wanzer and weapons being able to branch out into better gear. Now only if they let me command 10 or more units.

Did you try it in hard mode or the survivor simulator. The Brutal Wolf fight was crazy.

I don't remember what difficulty I played since it was like 4 years ago but I didn't like how they changed a lot of things, including the battle itself. I especially hates the base GUI, it was stressful. But then, I also find the Persona 3 inbetween battles system frustrating too...I forgot what it was called, Social Link I think?

I enjoyed what little I played of Front Mission DS, and yes, I need to go and play it (I'm only an hour or two into it). I loved Front Mission 4, and seeing the graphics for THAT game, I wanted to see a shooter. Here we are, what, 5 years after FM4 came out in the states? It's only going to look better, and it might be good if all that strategy Double Helix is talking up actually pays off. I think you're just butthurt because you didn't get another SRPG, and double helix added a subpar sequel to a series of already-bad sequels (Silent Hill). You seem to forget that many of the 'western' audience prefers the shooter genre, and this might draw in a new audience and they'll make more SRPG goodness.

September 16? Amazon has a release date of July 30, after it had the placeholder December date for a while.

Was looking at some E3 gameplay trailers for this game and Last Raven Portable probably pays better than this.
