i heard of a new anime

I heard of a new anime queens blade or somethin like that. What is this anime about and opinions please is it worth preordering?

Never heard of it myself, but that's why google's such a wonderful tool. You might try it sometime.

Wow. That sounds like a really dumb show. Burst Angel with swords. Ah, well, to each his own...

Take a look at the user ratings, and notice that they're all over the board. That usually happens with bad shows that have enough cool stuff in them to get some people past the stupid stuff. You'll see the same spread on Burst Angel, incidentally - but the average rating for Burst Angel is higher, because fewer people thought it sucked outright. Evidently this Queen's Blade isn't cool enough to cover all the suckage.

I'd expect minimally implemented characters, a contrived plot, a couple of decent fight scenes with a couple of cool fighting styles, tons of fanservice and not much else.

I'll pass.

This is one of the worst anime I've ever seen, I tried to watch 10 minutes of the first episode and couldn't finish.

Maybe you should try this thing called Google or ask in the Daily Anime Thoughts thread before you make an entirely new thread for this silly question.

It's basically swords and boobs, I got bored after the first few episodes.

So yes you should spend your money on it.

I know that I, for one, always advocate that consumers pre-order series which they've only just heard of and know nothing about. Yessir, there's one thing you can say about marketing hype, and that's that it's always truthful. You really know where you stand on a title by just asking the people who made it how good it is.

Its as close to a hentai as a fighting anime can get. I made it through maybe 2 eps, only that far for the train wreck effect.

The only other thing i care to add is:

Acid Spitting Nipples.

I was going to add that, but that was the turn off. It isn't even good fanservice.

The last thing anyone should be trusting is the user rating system. I don't know much about Queen's Blade, but looks like it had an interesting impact on people in the first episode which is where a lot of these people probably based their ratings.

I may actually look into this one.

I don't take it for gospel, but... rating spreads like that one tell me something about the title's appeal. After reading the summary, the quality of this title is not too hard to predict.

Queens Blade is a fairly fun show to watch. It's has a lot of fanservice I mean a lot but for someone who's like fanservice anime, that's quite fine by me. With all other heavy fanservice shows don't look to deep and just enjoy the great fighting in it. IMO, season 2 was the best because it had a plot that it follow and ended good. Don't worry about what Leader Desslock and the gang write about, they never watch it I did. I'll just view those posts as spam.
