Voltes V or Combattler V

I have been watching both these series and for me, both are great shows.
I have just been wondering what are your thoughts on which one is much better?
I have read in some blogs that Voltes V is much better than the original Combattler V. Are they right?

I love Combattler V.

By the way it's against the rules to advertise things like streaming sites in your signature.

Voltes V. Better story and character development.

I prefer Voltes V as a series, but for a mech, I prefer Combattler V.

Combattler for style.

Well, I do like Combattler V as a robot, and Hyouma is always a treat as a character, but Voltes V does have a weaponized top.
