It's the beginning of the war and basically, all the Shichibukai just sit there, the admirals ain't doing much and basically Whitebeard creates earthquakes. He cracks the air.

He's not a fire man, Ace took that fruit. We don't know what he is yet. The WG have a load of VCs and such, if it was going to be complete rapestomp in favour of WB Oda wouldn't have hyped it so much.

I was actually very impressed. Just one of Whitebeard's SUBOORDINATES (granted, one of his strongest suboordinates, but a suboordinate, nonetheless) managed to block one of Mihawk's serious attacks with what seemed like relative ease.

Yes, he is a phoenix man. And it has logia-like properties seen with him regenerating wounds with fire.

From the One Piece wikia: Marco ate a Devil Fruit referred to as a Mythical Zoan that turns him into a Phoenix. This first and foremost gives Marco increased speed and flight, as well as the possibility of launching aerial attacks. Along with being able to transform into a phoenix of blue flames, the fruit allows him to regenerate any wounds with fire. It is a power that is said to be even rarer than Logia. The fruit gave him his nickname: Marco the Phoenix.

It was not because I was forced by anyone, but it was my own free will. It is my own choice to pull the trigger for the person who I must protect. Until the day that peson accomplishes his/her goal... I will pull the trigger without doubt.
