My metabolism is such that I SHOULD be eating at least 4 times a day but that does not usually end up happening. In a world where most people are trying to lose weight, I am (not the only one of course) going in the opposite direction.

I've lost about 2 more pounds since I last posted. I can see some results, but not the kind you would see like on those fitness commercials. I am noticing some changes, though.
I think today I'll do my normal routine except this time, focus more on my lower body.

Everybody's trying to lose weight here. No powertrainers in the house?

I'm not trying to lose weight. I've gone from 120 lbs. to a lean 236 and am training purely for strength.

120???? how old where you back then? I'm 18 years old now, and 79 kg. How many are you training now?

About 14 then. I'm talking about my total progress throughout the years, not some two-month ordeal.

I'm told that if I could gain a certain amount of weight I could train regularly for some full contact fighting but let us not rush into such things.

Oh my god Videl I agree, completely hate it when people throw a ***** fit about being thin, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD JUST STUFF YOUR FACE IT'S NOT HARD.
So anyway's I'm on holiday, yesterday I didn't do much but the day before that I spent 3 and 1/2 hours in the sea, which in itself would have burned some calories, but I also did about a km of swimming (not including just swimming around the shallows of course). |

But an accelerated metabolism has it's good points. It is my blessing and curse. Plus, who is complaining? That was what I was thinking at the time. Deal with it. I am. Getting back into my normal gym routine. I was pissed off because they ran out of orange juice and could not make my favorite shake for a few days. I volunteered to bring in a small carton but they assured me it was gonna get taken care of. I'll have to try again next week.

aah I feel god with myself, cycled to the Sports center (3km roughly), did 50 lengths of swimming (1.25km) and then cycled back. I did get a 257kcal bag of crisps on the way back, but hey I was pretty hungry (had a small early lunch) and the vending machines don't sell healthy snacks. I also got some Special K bars, they were expensive but I've tried them before and they are lush, at only 88kcals and 1g of fat a bar as well.

Being from both ends of the spectrum, I'd say I'm kinda glad I am able to gain weight. Not going over 120 no matter how much I ate really sucked.
