and i dont know but i reallllly want to know
where is this catgirl from? and what is her name?
i have searched EVERYWHERE!

i thought it would be better to ask on here as its a large forum and someone must know ^-^

I'm pretty sure that's Minazuki from Happy Lesson the 2nd season.

That's a very cute catgirl you found there. Seeing as how it's animated it's probably not fanart of an original character so it looks like you've come to the right place. I think I'd also like to know who she is.

I think you'll get more traffic if I move this to the general anime section but I'll leave that up to you.

My first thought was Happy Lesson as well, tho I looked up images for the first season and didn't see anything that looked right. Minazuki from season 2 does look like her tho.

To be specific, It's from the first episode of Happy Lesson:The Final. It was a 3 episode OVA that finished off the series in 2004
