I'm looking for examples of a series, which can be described as different anime/tv shows/items mixed together.

Example

I'm only presuming this because i don't have the manga, but...

Bleach+FMA= Buso Renkin.

OR

School+Rei Ayanami lookalike+fanservice+anime parodies+espers+catchiest dance since the macarema+God= Haruhi Suzumiya

OR

Sailor Moon+environmental themes-4KIDS dub=Tokyo Mew Mew

Yeah...something like that.

I would have thought Gundam would be more of a comparison then depressed teen pilots and bio mecha. Noir takes a while to get anywhere but thats the drew of the series. If you worked out the mystery right away then the show would lose its dark feeling.

Fashion dolls+fighting games=Angelic Layer

Pirate adventure+shonen manga=One Piece (I guess...)

Sitcoms+shojo manga=Kirarin Revolution (from what I understand anyway...or am I mistaken?)

Weddings+Sentai=Wedding Peach (?)

That's all I can think of anyway.

The mecha in GL I thought were kinda akin in design to Eva then Gundam. I guess looking at it from a Gainax perspective GL is a bastard child of Eva and Gunbuster, so the idea of Eva+Gunbuster=GL makes sense if only speaking from a Gainax perspective
