Whats the difference?

I am about to buy TOKYO BABYLON on amazon and I see two kinds, is there a difference between these two?

I think its just a re-release with different price & cover art. And maybe a different menu. Much like Manga Corps other releases like Venus Wars. Don't expect remastered video or anything.

Actually theres been 3 releases of Tokyo Babylon.

i'm not 100% sure, but i think the second one is just the re-release or the original.
maybe it has enhanced video or sound......maybe.

I saw that it said that there was two episodes or two OVA's, do both of them have the complete series?

Yes both have both OVAs.

The cheapest. Otherwise I'd recommend getting the most recent version(the blue cover one) just to be on the safe side in case they did any improvments.

Yep, all Central Park Media titles are OOP. Most of their DVDs are still pretty easy to find though.
