Hina Matsuri (Girls' Festival)
![]() Caption: "Protect me, my doll! A Chinese girl examines the thousands of "Hina" dolls on display in the Konosu city town hall, in China. The dolls are purported to protect young girls. They will be displayed until the third of march, the day the "Hina" doll festival takes place." (from today's metro, "image of the day" section) Make sure to ask the people of Saitama how their new PRC overlords are treating them the next time you're in the area yeah? I don't know if it's easy to read but it says ににんこまち (二人小町) 100年前のひな人形 戦前(70年前)のひな人形 I think they messed up another one a few weeks ago, they were showing some sumo wrestlers throwing beans at people to announce the coming of spring, in Tokyo supposedly, but it was written NARITA-SAN in bold characters in the foreground

Is Saitama Prefecture invaded by the People's Liberation Army of China, just like Tibet?
