Best/Worst Healing Factor in Anime/Manga

Which Anime/Manga healing factor do you best and worst the most?

Best- Homunculi is pretty damn good in Full Metal Alchemist. A few things that they've done for those who don't know:

Greed survived having the top of his head smashed from his body by a huge hammer (his head was gone from just below the ears up) and he regenerated a completely new one. In his battle with Ed he was also regenerating his skin before regrowing entirely new arms in battle with fellow Homunculi, Wrath.

Envy survived taking a kunai between the eyes at least three times, he also quickly regenerated the loss of an arm and a stab wound to the ribs. Gluttony was blown up from the inside out by an explosive that destroyed his torso, one arm and his head yet he regenerated in a few seconds. Lust was also repeatedly shot point-blank with pistols at least two dozen times and healed herself, also being able to tank a mini-hydrogen explosion and come back.

Worst- I'm going with White Tigers in Chronicles of a Cursed Sword as he's wounded, yet the best regeneration he can perform is to actually stop the bleeding (the cuts are still there and open) and he couldn't even return a severed arm.

Best: Fate/Stay Night, where the Servants only get a set amount of respawns over the course of the Holy Grail War. Notable for invoking Shirou's infamous "People die if they are killed" line.

Worst: Mai-HiME. Nuff said.

Best - Buu from Dragonball Z. You literally have to destroy a plant sized area of space to stand even a small chance of killing him. This made the last ark of DBZ a bit retarded and unexciting compared to the others.

Worse - Offensive type Claymores as they can regenerate given time but the strength of whatever they regenerate will only have the power of a normal human.

More like they just had to make sure that every single cell was completely vaporized, otherwise he could just keep regenerating from scratch. The Genki Dama that killed Buu was definitely big, but nowhere near the size of your average planet like Earth.

[SPOILER=Orihime from Bleach]Orihime's healing power isn't healing, but returning to a past state meaning you can lose an arm and she can make it as if the arm was never gone. No repurcussions and seemingly with little effort on her own end.[/SPOILER]

Worst -
[SPOILER=Miranda from D.Gray-man]Miranda's time restoration. it doesn't truly heal, it just reverses time but as soon as the time limit on her power is exceeded, all previous wounds occurs at once. So you can die with her power activated and still live so long as it's enabled, but as soon as it's over you're dead anyway.[/SPOILER]

Best: Defensive Claymore. They have a incredible self-healing abilities, and Claymore can loses the limbs then regenerates new one.

Worse: Offensive Claymore. See Phantom's post.

His really isn't that good that either. If you cut off his head or hack him to pieces, he's done.

And a big NO to a Blade of the Immortal anime.

But he can still gets limbs cut off & stabbed and such. Not even the immortals in Highlander had it that good where if a limb is cut off it will reattach.
